Sally Gardner, licensed in California and Nevada led the successful expansion of San-Francisco-based Pacific Union International, the Bay area’s premier luxury brand and #1 independent brokerage in California (acquired by Compass in 2018) into the Lake Tahoe and Truckee area beginning in 2012. Under Gardner’s leadership, the Pacific Union brand established a strong presence in the Tahoe luxury market. Today there are multiple Compass locations in Truckee, Tahoe City, the Village at Squaw Valley, Incline Village, Nevada, and South Lake Tahoe.
